    The proposed device works as follows.
    The tank 1 is filled in the supply line 6 through the circulation pump 5 and the discharge pipe 3 with nozzles 2 and 7 of the wort-yeast suspension. As a result of the circulation of this suspension through the pipelines, it rotates in the tank 1 and carries out a complete suspension of the solid part of the yeast of the wort. A uniform flow prevails over the bottom of the tank 1, and in the middle of the rotating suspension a zone of intensive mixing arises, which leads to the complete homogenization of the wort.
    The residence time of the suspension and yeast in the tank is 11 minutes, while the wort is homogenized for 6 minutes, and the temperature differences in the suspension are about OjO3 C.
    Suspended and homogenized beer slurries are continuously sampled through the outlet pipe 8. All nozzles 2 and 7 have the same diameter and, when the device operates, load tank 1 with the same amount of beer slurry and yeast,
    which ensures continuous operation of the device.
    After periods of simple operation, the control valves 9 in the pressure pipe 3 and the circulation pump 3 again provide rapid suspension and homogenization of the wort, for which the nozzle 2 is closed by the control valve.
    The proposed device makes it possible to intensify the process of suspending and homogenizing a beer wort due to the helix and upward rotational movement of the flow. In addition, mechanical cleaning and disinfection of the respiratory tissue is provided.
